The prices published include VAT at 22% and are subject to change at any time without notice. For purchases made by residents of Italy or of the European Community, 22% VAT will be applied to the sale price.

In accordance with Article 5 of Decree Law 206/05 (Consumer Code) on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within ten working days from the date of delivery. If for any reason you're unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition without explanation and without penalty. To cancel your purchase you have to send by registered mail the Return Form, containing the description and the quantity of the item(s) that you wish to return, at De Marchi Gianotti / Fraz. The customer service will contact you as soon as possible in order to suggest you the best way to proceed with the return (in this case the shipping costs are borne by the consumer; in fact, the Decree Law 185/99 says that the consumer has the right to withdraw without expenses but the shipping charges). The return of the item must be done within 14 working days from the date of delivery at the above-mentioned address. Being the shipping costs entirely borne by the consumer, you can choose the shipping method that you prefer. As soon as we receive the returned package, we will verify that the item is intact and complete in all its parts (including papers and accessories in case). If the returned item is damaged/incomplete, we won’t be able to refund the purchase. If everything is in order, we will proceed to refund you as soon as possible. The refund will be issued through wire transfer to a bank account within 30 days from the date we will receive the Return Form by registered mail.
All of our products are guaranteed for 24 months from purchase against any defect arising from their manufacture. If the product should be damaged during transportation and/or delivery, Nalevi srl will collect the damaged product (along with the packaging and any other items included by the manufacturer at the time of packing). If any defect is found, Nalevi srl will repair or replace the product without any additional charge to the customer.
For every purchase, Nalevi Srl issues a fiscal invoice using the details provided by the customer at the time of purchase. The invoice will be sent together with the goods.
